How do I sign up for Cuallet?
How do I sign up with my Cuallet card?
  1. In the main page cuallet.com, click on “Sign up now”.
  2. Click “Sign up using your Cuallix or Cuallet card”
  3. Enter your card number, expiration date, and security code (the last 3 digits on the back of your card)
  4. Enter the additional required information, read and accept the terms and conditions, and click “Register”.
  5. An email or text (depending on your choice) will be sent to the registered email address with an activation code.
  6. Go to cuallet.com and click in “Confirm Account” in the login area. Enter your username and activation code.
How can I load funds in my Cuallet account?

There are 4 options to load funds:

  1. Cash Payment
  2. Electronic Cash Card
  3. Credit or debit card
  4. Bank Transfer
How can I send money from my Cuallet account?
  1. Log in with your username and password.
  2. From the main menu, select the option “Money transfer”.
  3. Select “Transfer to account”.
  4. Select a recipient. If you have no registered recipients, click in “Add recipient” and enter the required information. Click “Next”.
  5. Select a recipient account. If you have no registered accounts, click in “Add account” and enter the required information. Click “Next”.
  6. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and then the system will display the amount that will be charged to your master account.
  7. Select the cash out method.
How can I receive payments from third parties?
  1. SPEI
  2. Wire transfer
How can I pay a bill from my Cuallet account?
  1. Log in with your username and password.
  2. From the main menu, select “Bill Pay”.
  3. Select the country.
  4. Search for the biller by entering the name of the service or selecting it from the list and click the “$” sign to make the payment.
  5. Enter the requested information such as reference number, amount, etc. that will be included on your receipt.
  6. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  7. Click “Debit account” to complete the transaction.
What kind of bills can I pay?
  1. Utility bills such as electricity, water, gas and other services like cable and internet bills.
  2. You may also use it to pay Netflix, Spotify, and other digital services and register your account with Paypal to make your payments through that line.
How can I make an airtime recharge from my Cuallet account?
  1. Log in with your username and password.
  2. From the main menu, select “Airtime recharge”.
  3. Select the country and enter the mobile number that you wish to recharge and click “Continue”.
  4. Select the carrier.
  5. Select the amount you wish to add.
  6. Click “Debit account” to complete the transaction.

How much money can I send from Cuallet?
As soon as you sign up, you are rolled into the Virtual Basic program; by supplying additional information you can increase your limits; please contact our Customer Services Center at 1.855.460.5050 or by email at clients@cuallet.com.

How do I recover my password?
  1. From the Cuallet home page in the log in area, you will be able to see the option “Forgot password? Click there.
  2. A screen will be displayed where you can select the method to receive the recovery code (SMS or Email)
  3. If selected SMS, enter your mobile number. If selected Email, enter your email address and click the “Recover” button.
  4. Once you receive the recovery password, click on “Do you already have a password reset code?” enter your Email/Mobile and the recovery code, then click in “Next”.
  5. Enter your new password and click “Update”.
How do I change my password?
  1. Log in cuallet.com with your user and password.
  2. From the main menu, select the option “Settings”.
  3. Select the “Security” option.
  4. Enter your previous password, new password, confirmation of new password and the answer to the security question, and click “Confirm”.
What should I do if my account is blocked?

Your account will be blocked after 3 failed attempts. In this case:

  1. Try again after 30 minutes.
  2. If your account is still blocked, call our toll free customer care number 01-800-CUALLIX (2825549) from Mexico and 1-855-460-5050 from USA to receive assistance.
How can I open accounts in different currencies?
  1. Access your account wiht your username and password
  2. Select the option, “Account Summary”
  3. Then select “Add Account”
  4. Select the currency of your account and click “Create Account”
How can I make an airtime recharge from my Cuallet account?
  1. Log in with your username and password.
  2. From the main menu, select “Airtime recharge”.
  3. Select the country and enter the mobile number that you wish to recharge and click “Continue”.
  4. Select the carrier.
  5. Select the amount you wish to add.
  6. Click “Debit account” to complete the transaction.
Which is the minimum information I have to provide for sending money?
  1. When accessing your account select the option “Money Transfer”
  2. Select the option “Cuallet to Cuallet Transfers”
  3. There are 3 options to choose: Account Number, email or Phone Number
  4. Fill in the fields that follow according to the option you chose.
  5. After finishing clic the button “Debit Account”
